Hello!
I am a 25 year old female, recently I just got out of the military and will be going to school in April. My degree is film, which I am really excited about. I really can't wait to start the next chapter in my life.
The reason I am on Hubpages is that I want to record and share my experiance to get healthy. Not until a year ago I was very unhealthy, I wasn't eating right, wasn't working out, and everyday felt shuglist. In the beginning of 2011 I made a goal to work out, get heathly, and be the best I could be.
I was good for the first six months, and then I fell off the bandwagon. Now, in the beginning of 2012 I am starting my journey to get healthy and stay healthy.
My ultmaite goal this year is to complete a half marathon. With the right diet and the right work out I hope to finish this goal by the end of the year.
I really know nothing about dieting or losing weight because up to a year and a half ago I really never had a problem with my weight. Even though I was skinny I was never fit. This time around, I would like to be not only thin, but fit as well.
